Extra Mile Challenge

Sponsored Silence
Two of our classes took on the sponsored silence challenge this half term for an amazing cause.
The 9T4 Maths group and 8T1 Spanish class took on sponsored silences in school to raise money for the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. It might sound easy, but staying silent during lessons is no small challenge, especially when you're trying not to laugh or answer questions out loud!
Both groups did an incredible job sticking to the silence and raising money to support children and families who really need it. We’re super proud of their efforts and grateful to everyone who sponsored and supported them.

Walking the Extra Miles Challenge
It was great to see students and staff take part in our Walking the Extra Miles challenge, getting really stuck in before the summer holidays and throughout. Well done to all who got involved!
We’re proud to share that, together, we raised an impressive £934 in support of this great cause.
Thank you to everyone who got involved, donated, or encouraged others, your support and participation are very much appreciated.
