Pupils at Immanuel College are celebrating today as they collect their GCSE results and mark the culmination of years of hard work.

We welcomed pupils and their families this morning to celebrate their achievements. School leaders say the results reflect the dedication of pupils throughout their studies.

Overall, 60% of students achieved grades 4 or higher in both English and Maths, with 40% achieving grades 5 or higher in both subjects, marking another successful year for students and the school community.

There were many outstanding subject results, including Philosophy, Ethics and Religion where 83% of students achieved a grade 4 or higher and 70% achieved a grade 5 or higher; Sport where 96% of students achieved a grade 4 or higher, 90% achieved grade 5 or higher with more than 60% of students securing a grade 7 or above. Art was another standout subject, with 100% of students achieving a grade 4 or higher and 79% achieving grade 5 or higher.
