Computer Science Experience Day 25

Nine of our Year 9 students had an exciting opportunity to visit Leeds University for a Computer Science Experience Day. During the visit, they took part in hands-on sessions exploring topics such as sending secret information using computer science and the role of AI in medicine.

Students also enjoyed a tour of the Computing and Engineering Faculty and attended a fascinating mini-lecture delivered by a PhD student, giving them a real insight into university life and future study opportunities in STEM.

It was an inspiring day that encouraged our students to think about the exciting possibilities within computing, engineering, and technology.
