Seasons: Oct 2025
15th October saw the first meeting of our Pulse group of the year. Pulse, Immanuel's Christian Union, welcomed a new cohort of new year 7 students along who thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship, food and faith provided by our regular events.
This half term's gathering was led by a guest speaker James Lockwood who works as a Youth Worker for Holy Trinity. James brought a message centred around 'seasons' and used it to describe how the new school year can be likened to a new season. He tied and complemented his season's talk with the timeless and popular Old Testament bible passage found in Ecclesiastes.
As usual, during the event, students prayed and fellowshipped with one another and mentioned how much they enjoyed themselves afterwards.
Thanks to all the students who contributed to the gathering with all the readings, prayers and energy they brought. The Chaplaincy hopes to see you come along next half term!
