Thackray Medical Museum 26

Year 11 History students recently visited the Thackray Museum of Medicine to support their GCSE Medicine in Britain revision. They took part in hands-on workshops exploring First World War medical pioneers and examined real artefacts, as well as investigating Victorian public health through immersive exhibits, including a recreated Leeds street and operating theatre. Students were impeccably behaved and were a credit to the school, and the visit provided valuable insight as they begin their revision.
