Sustainable Engineering Conference
Our Y11 and Post-16 students attended a sustainable engineering conference at the University of Huddersfield last week, giving them a taste of campus life, a lecture, and three hands-on workshops.
They explored civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering by designing a bridge, tackling real-world global challenges, and even measuring voltage using their own kinetic energy.
The day wrapped up with a Q&A session with chartered engineers. It was an inspiring end to a fantastic experience!
